Privacy policy
The short version: this site has no accounts, no forms, no cookies, no analytics and no advertising. Here is exactly what that means, and the little that is recorded when you visit.
Who is responsible
This website is published by casinoodds.co.uk (“Casino Odds”, “we”, “us”), which is the controller responsible for the personal data described on this page. You can contact us about anything here, including a data protection request, by email at [email protected].
What we do not collect
Casino Odds is a static website: every page is a plain file, built in advance and sent to your browser as it is. Nothing on the site asks who you are. There is no registration, no login, no newsletter and no comment box, so there is no personal profile of you anywhere on our side.
- No cookies. The site does not set any cookies, which is why you will not see a cookie banner here.
- No analytics. We do not use any service that tracks which pages you read, how long you stay or where you came from.
- No advertising or tracking pixels. There are no adverts, no social media buttons that report back to a platform and no third-party scripts watching what you do.
- No external fonts or libraries. The typefaces and all the code the pages use are served from this site, so loading a page does not tell another company that you visited.
The calculators and simulators
Every calculator and simulator runs entirely inside your browser. When you pick two poker hands, enter a lottery matrix or ask the roulette tool about a bet, the sums are done on your own device. The numbers you type are not sent to us or to anyone else, and they are gone when you close or reload the page. The simulators use a random number generator in your browser and involve no money, accounts or prizes.
What our hosting provider records
Like almost every website, this one is served by a hosting provider whose servers keep standard access logs. Each time a page or file is requested, the log records the IP address the request came from, the date and time, the address of the page or file, and the user agent, which is the short description of the browser and device that every browser sends. Requests also pass through Cloudflare, Inc., the content delivery network that forwards them to the hosting servers and protects the site against attacks (Cloudflare’s privacy policy). Cloudflare is based in the United States and handles requests in data centres around the world; where data leaves the UK this way, it is protected by the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or by the UK International Data Transfer Addendum. These logs are used only to keep the site running and secure, for example to spot and block attacks or diagnose faults. They are kept for a short period and then deleted. We do not use them to identify visitors, build profiles or follow anyone across the web.
The legal basis for these logs under UK data protection law is legitimate interests: a website cannot be kept secure without some record of the requests it receives.
If you email us
If you write to [email protected], we receive your email address, your name if your email program includes it, and whatever you choose to tell us. We use it only to deal with what you sent, for example a correction you have reported. We keep it only for as long as we need it for that purpose, we do not add you to any list and we do not pass your details to anyone. Please do not send us anything sensitive that you do not need to, such as bank or gambling account details.
Links to other websites
A few pages link to services outside this site, such as gambling support charities. Once you follow one of those links you are on a different website with its own privacy policy, which we do not control. We do not link to any casino, betting or gambling company.
Your rights
Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018 you have rights over personal data held about you. They include the right to ask for a copy of it, to have it corrected if it is wrong, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how it is used and, in some cases, to receive it in a portable form. Because we hold so little, most requests will concern an email you have sent us; write to the same address and we will deal with it.
If you are unhappy with how your data has been handled, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's independent regulator for data protection. We would appreciate the chance to put things right first, but you do not have to contact us before going to the ICO.
Changes to this policy
If the way the site works changes, for instance if a feature were added that needed to store something, this page will be updated before the change goes live, and the date below will change with it. This version is part of the edition of 2 October 2026.
